Therapist treating anxiety, grief, and adult sleep issues
Helping women find peace, joy, and calm.
Feeling like balancing life is getting to be too much?
Is the drive that has kept you at the top of your game turned into anxiety that is hard to manage?
Dreading going to bed each night because you know the insomnia that awaits you?
Struggling to adjust to a new chapter in your life?
Welcome
My name is Megan and I’d love to help.
As a therapist specializing in helping women overcome anxiety, I am passionate about my work. I provide a safe and supportive space for women to explore the root causes of their anxiety, which can stem from a variety of sources such as societal pressures, trauma, relationship dynamics, or career challenges. Through personalized counseling sessions, I work collaboratively with my clients to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and cultivate self-awareness. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a strengths-based approach, I empower women to reclaim control over their thoughts and emotions, fostering a sense of empowerment and renewed confidence. My goal is to guide each woman on a journey towards greater self-understanding, inner peace, and emotional well-being, ultimately helping them to live more fulfilling and balanced lives.
“Megan is, by far, the most compassionate and caring therapist that I have ever worked with. She helped me navigate through some of the most difficult times in my life. Words cannot adequately describe how thankful I am for Megan being there to support me when I needed support the most.”

Services
Do you struggle with any of these problems?
-
Do you feel that your mind has started to work against you? Your drive and energy are now stuck in a cycle of questioning and overanalyzing. The line between rational worry and self-reflection is morphed into a paralyzing overwhelm that is consuming and won’t go away.
-
Are you going through a happy life transition (e.g. retirement, becoming a mother, becoming an empty nester) but instead of feeling joy are surprised by the feelings of loss? Or maybe your grief is due to trauma, a recent diagnosis, or loss of a person or relationship.
-
We fill many roles: a parent, a spouse, a child, and a professional. At times, it can feel like keeping them all in balance and doing them all “well” is impossible.
-
You’re exhausted, irritable, and sluggish. Yet, no matter how tired you are, you just can’t seem to get a good night’s sleep.
