I’m Megan, and I can help.
I help women name, understand and transform the underlying anxiety that seems an inevitable part of their lives. I won’t just sit and listen. Instead, you and I will form a dynamic partnership to create a life that doesn’t have anxiety fueling every thought and action. My clients not only experience a change with their initial complaint of anxiety, but also with their relationships, confidence, and sense of possibility in their lives.
Working with Me
For the past twelve years, I have worked with individuals who have anxiety, constant stress, uncontrolled worry, and panic attacks. My clients typically meet with me weekly so they have consistent support and can move out of feeling like they are in crisis.
My job is to provide a space to process your experiences and learn ways to create and maintain calm during the busyness and demands of your everyday life.
