A: Individual counseling sessions are 50 minutes. Weekly sessions are recommended for the best progress.

A: Most clients work with Megan for 6–12 months, depending on goals and progress.

A: Yes. Therapy continues outside sessions through collaborative exercises to reinforce progress.
